To maintain a healthy & sanitary pedicure experience for our royal customers. We use disposable liners, disposable pedicure packs. In addition, our jets are clean between each service, our technician tools are sterilized via medical grade dry heat.

Cancellation: Appointment can be cancelled in 2 hours in advance by calling

(615)292-6838. So we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another clients on our waiting list.

Late arrivals: Tardiness scheduled appointment have a 10' grace period.If you anticipate that you will be later than 10' please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full

Refunds: If you're not happy with your nails, please make sure us aware of it before you pay. No refund will be given after you have left the salon.

Complimentary fixes: If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the correction necessary to exceed your expectation. No refund is given after it has been rendered

Acrylic. Gel. Dip powder are guaranteed for 9 business days after your service's day (excluding breakages)

Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed However we would be glad to fix them!

We reserve the right to refuse service to: Anyone with a nail condition with open or infected area, in ill health we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
